Meet our management team:

 

 

Mauro Ferrari - Outsourcing Manager

 

 

Our outsourcing manager, Mauro Ferrari, is the latest addition to our management team. He studied at the National University of La Pampa and started his IT career in 2005 working for L&N. He has worked as a programmer and system analyst for more than two years at Verizon Business Argentina, a company whose mission is to produce and support the Verizon global communication network.

He has been managing outsourcing projects for more than six years, acting as software developer and team leader, managing client relationships and writing functional requirements specifications.

As of today Mauro is the contact point and project manager for all of our offshore business.

 

 

 

Martin Muguiro - IT Manager

 

 

Martin Muguiro is our IT Manager. He co-founded Tecro Ingenieria with Martin D’Amico in 2006, a few years after earning his engineer's degree from the National University of La Pampa. Prior to Tecro Ingenieria, Martin spent one year at L&N, a software development consultancy company, where he worked on a variety of projects as team leader, for companies such as Manpower and the New York Times. He also worked four years as the leading plant engineer for a major local meat packing plant.

Martin’s first job was on the National Commission for Atomic Energy (CNEA) as a programmer involved on the Australian Nuclear Reactor Simulator Project (currently known as OPAL reactor).

In addition to directing Tecro Ingenieria’s IT efforts, Martin is actively involved with the Engineering School of the National University of La Pampa, where he has been teaching software programming and mechatronics courses for the past six years.

 

 

 

Martin D’Amico - Commercial Manager

 

 

Martin D’Amico co-founded Tecro Ingenieria with Martin Muguiro in 2006. He graduated from the National University of La Pampa with an engineer's degree. Martin’s first job was on the National Commission for Atomic Energy (CNEA) as engineer involved on the Australian Nuclear Reactor Simulator Project (currently known as OPAL reactor). He also taught a couple of year on mechatronics courses at the Engineering School of the National University of La Pampa.

In addition to managing Tecro Ingenieria’s commercial office, Martin is finishing his MBA degree.
